Picture of the week

Spring now seems a long time ago.  This last spring was not as productive as I had hoped for photographing my local birds, a combination of poor weather at critical times and a lot of travelling prevented me from doing too much.

One species I repeated from last year and did do well with was a Grasshopper Warbler that sang regularly from the edge of a weedy field near Sheringham.  This image is a particular favorite.
