I’ve spent these last few mornings with a very confiding hare. Every couple of hours she has a wash as pictured here.

The recent large influx of Goldcrests has given some great opportunities to photograph them at various coastal localities here in North Norfolk.

This week I start work on my next book, Seabirds of the World, which will be a photographic celebration similar to Penguins – Close Encounters. Here are some Gannets taken recently just as the sun sank over the horizon.

Starting today I have an exhibition running for two weeks at Cley NWT centre. This is an image featured in the show depicting Starlings on Cley Mill. This was a pre-roost gathering prior to going to roost in the nearby reed bed.

Spring has sprung with my local pond packed with frogs and spawn. This image was taken on the Nikon 810 and 10.5 mm fisheye lens with an Aquatech housing. I try and steer clear of using flash but that does mean it is only possible to make decent images underwater n the pond on really bright days.
